Please read below to see to our artwork and resources guide to help you optimise your work and provide the correct format and size. We’ll walk you through each step, ensuring your designs look fantastic on paper. From understanding resolution to managing colours to correct envelope sizes, we make it easy for everyone to grasp and ensure you with no mistakes for the work you require.
Small Format
Small format = Flyers, Business Cards, Brochures etc
File format: PDF
Colour: Four Colour Process (CMYK)
Bleed: 3mm
Safe Zone: 3mm
Resolution: 300dpi
Fonts: Outlined or Embedded
Large Format
Large Format = A0-A3 Posters, Pull Up Banners etc
File format: PDF
Colour: Four Colour Process (CMYK)
Bleed: 5mm
Safe Zone: 5mm
Resolution: 150-300dpi
Fonts: Outlined or Embedded
PVC Banners
PVC Banner = Vinyl Banner Products
File format: PDF
Colour: Four Colour Process (CMYK)
Bleed: 5mm
Safe Zone: 40mm (Hemming & Eyelets)
Resolution: 150-300dpi
Fonts: Outlined or Embedded
Crop Marks
Crop marks are lines printed in all 4 corners of the printed sheet their role is to indicate where the sheet should be trimmed to achieve the desired size once printed.
Bleed Area
Bleed is the section of artwork that goes beyond where the paper is cut. The bleed area should overflow at where crop marks meet so when the paper is cut there is no white paper showing on the edges of artwork intended to go to the full edge.

Sizes are displayed in landscape orientation, All of these come in portrait.
