Step 1- Setting up
This account is seperate from any existing accounts you have with us. Even if you are a existing client or a new client. Please fill in all the options to all your account details. Please note some of these details can not be changed so make sure they are correct. Once you have filled out the form we will begin setting up your account and you will recieve an email from us on your account Username and to create your Password.

Thank you for signing up for an account. You will recieve a email when we have created your account. It may take a couple of days and within our working ours but we will try our best to do it as soon as possible. The email will posses your account details such as your own Username and a link to creating your password.

To enforce security- This method means we create the accounts for you. Meaning that only verified users of new or existing clients are created by us after verification. This way of security means that our client portal cannot be accessed by anyone we do not know and ultimately keeps our client secure for your safety and ours. How long does it take for my account to be created?
As our technical team sets this up with all the correct details filled out it may take some time for your account to be created, anytime around our work hours. And may take up to a couple of days.
