Introduction

This Modern Slavery Statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that IT Solution Services T/A The DS Group has taken and continues to take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our operations and supply chain.

Our Commitment

The DS Group is committed to conducting business in an ethical and responsible manner. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are dedicated to upholding and respecting the rights of all individuals, and we expect the same commitment from our suppliers.

Our Business

The DS Group is a comprehensive direct mail and print company located in Essex. We specialise in print and design, direct mail services and promotional products, all of which are available under one roof. Our integrated approach provides a seamless experience for our clients, using the latest technology and a full printing operation on-site.

Supply Chain Due Diligence

We recognise the importance of understanding our supply chain and identifying potential risks of modern slavery. We conduct due diligence on all new suppliers, and we review existing suppliers on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with our ethical standards.

Policies and Training

We have implemented policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. Our employees receive training to increase awareness of the risks associated with modern slavery and the steps they can take to identify and prevent it.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage all employees, customers, and suppliers to report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking. Reports will be investigated promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.

Measuring Effectiveness

We continually review and assess our processes and procedures to ensure they are effective in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
